We service Magicard printers, whether or not you purchased your printer from Magicard Canada.
Magicard Canada has an in-house service and repair facility to help you with any
troubled equipment. We understand how important it is to get your
equipment up and running again. We are certified to repair every
printer we sell.
We are an authorized service center for Magicard ID card printers.
As soon as we get your equipment we will send you an estimate before any repairs
are made. We'll keep you up to speed on the repairs via phone and e-mail.

Which printers do you service?
We service Magicard card printers. We are an authorized repair
center for Magicard.
Do you have a loaner program?
Several of the printers we sell have loaner programs through the manufacturer.
If your printer is still under warranty we will help you with a loaner while your printer is being repaired.
Is my printer still under warranty?
Give us a call and we can look and see if your printer is still under warranty with the Serial Number. Please
write down your Serial Number before you call it will speed up the service.
How much do you charge?
Magicard Canada charges $125.00 CAD an hour for all repair work. Parts and materials are extra.
All work will be authorized before proceeding.
How quick is your turn-around time?
Turn-around depends on how fast the shipping
company gets us the equipment, how quickly we can get repair parts, and how busy we are in the shop.
Do you guarantee your work?
We have a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor.

What to Include
Please give us a call before you ship your equipment to get your RMA #.
Include with your equipment a sheet of paper with your company name, name
of a contact, and phone and e-mail address. Remove and keep cables, brackets,
manuals and diskettes. There is no need to include cables unless you believe
they are the cause of your problem.
Carriers
Please use a traceable carrier (i.e., Fedex, Purolator, UPS, etc.)
when shipping your product. Magicard Canada is not responsible for equipment that is
lost or damaged by the carrier. The customer is responsible
for the cost of shipping to and from Magicard Canada.
Packaging
Whenever possible, use the original product packaging that your equipment came in.
